Hertfordshire Mind Network are a provider of mental health support across Hertfordshire. For people that may need urgent support:

- Samaritans: 116 123 - Lines open 24 hours a day. Calls are free.
- NHS Single Point of Access (SPA): 0800 6444 101: For people to access NHS mental health support and services. Lines are open 24/7.
- NHS Wellbeing Service: To make a self-referral or find out more about the service, visit: www.hpft.nhs.uk/services/community-services/wellbeing-service/referrals/ . To request a self referral form be sent to you via post, please call 0800 6444 101.
Take steps to develop a healthier workplace
Hertfordshire County Council is working with small and medium sized businesses from the private and voluntary sectors to lead the way to healthier workplaces in Hertfordshire for everyone. The Herts Healthy Workplace programme will address any health concerns in the workplace by offering personalised advice, support and training to help you make the changes you need for a healthier and happier workplace.
