​In 2001 Theo had a motorbike accident where he lost his hand when he was 17. He recovered well and went to University and obtained an Economics degree.

​When he was 19 he started an advertising business where he learnt salesmanship and how to run a company. By the time he was 21 he employed 70 people. At 23 he entered the world of construction by setting up The Marble Group Ltd.
