Eastern New Energy Programme’s grant scheme can help provide funding to cover up to 25% of capital costs of putting low carbon and energy efficient measures put in place, such as LED lighting and solar PV. They are also offering the following support to SMEs in Hertfordshire free of charge:

• Vehicle Fleet Audits
• Site Energy Surveys
• Advanced Metering Systems
• Grants to Install Low Carbon Technologies
• Innovation Support
• Research Collaboration for Innovation
• Net Zero Action Planning

You can also apply for a match-funded grant of between £1,000 - £5,000 from Low Carbon Workspaces to go towards projects that reduce your greenhouse gas emissions – which the Low Carbon Workspaces team can calculate for you. Find out more. 

Serco are also providing fully funded training for you and your workforce as part of Skills Support for the Workforce. The training sessions available are:

• Carbon Awareness for Office-Based Workers
• Carbon Awareness for Construction Workers
• Carbon Awareness for Health and Care Sector
